R&R in Our Repose Room: Essential for New Mothers
Sleep is crucial for a new mother’s recovery and well-being, which is why our Wellness Center features a special “Repose” rest room— a serene resting lounge where mothers can reserve time during business hours for much-needed relaxation. While the mother rests, our postpartum doula team will tenderly comfort the baby, ensuring a peaceful break. Before she departs, we will provide nourishment and discuss any additional resources or recovery items she may require.
Our service extends beyond simply offering a place to rest; it includes the provision of a comforting presence for the baby and practical support for the mother. This encompasses everything from feeding the mother to advising on recovery and well-being, all within the tranquility of our Wellness Center, ensuring that every visit enhances the mother’s recovery and peace of mind.
Material Goods Service
Each month, our Postpartum Supplies initiative provides material goods that help meet the basic needs of those we serve. Providing for a new baby is costly. Reducing stress, including financial stress, is crucial to preventing postpartum depression and anxiety. We work with corporate partners to ease the economic burden by delivering essential supplies.
Supplies may include...
- Pumping bras
- Breastpumps
- Hygiene essentials
- Sanitary pads
- Comfortable Clothing mother to rest
- Diapers/wipes
- and more…..
We provide these essentials to families living within our service area and can be picked up during business hours. While we strive to fulfill all requests, the availability of specific items may vary.
By ensuring access to these necessary supplies, we alleviate one of the significant stressors of new parenthood, contributing to the emotional and physical well-being of the family.

Lactation Services
While immensely beneficial for both mother and baby, breastfeeding can be a complex journey fraught with challenges. Our certified lactation professionals provide specialized services to support successful early breastfeeding. This program is designed to assist mothers and create a foundational health benefit that resonates through the family.
Our service model prioritizes personalized care and intervention. Through detailed observation of breastfeeding sessions, our experts provide tailored techniques and strategies to ensure a positive outcome. We deliver this hands-on approach in a 2-3-hour home visit. The comfort and privacy of the mother is essential for effective lactation support.
Post-visit, we offer a comprehensive care plan to each mother, as well as unlimited access to our professionals via phone and email. This continuous support adapts to the evolving needs of the mother and baby as they navigate challenges such as introducing solids, teething, and weaning.
This program helps reduce healthcare costs associated with common breastfeeding issues and supports long-term wellness for mothers and children. Lactation support services positively impact maternal and child health, contributing to a healthier, more resilient community.
